Magisk not working in Android 10 for now. Will fix soon
Just an FYI, I also have problems with the playstore. When I select an app to install, it gets stuck in the queue and never completes being downloaded to be installed.

Guys I will not update Havoc until its problams are resolved. Our new android 10 CrDroid is available and its stable working android 10 features well:good:

hardware buttons do not work due to active navigation bar, just turn off the navigation keys then hardward buttons will work

I flashed this ROM, with the latest open GApps.
While I was setting it up, I kept gettoing FC's. I worked through it, then got stuck in a loop by accidentally selecting to setting up face unlock. So I wiped data, and rebooted. I got to set up the device (this time without face unlock), then went back to TWRP and flashed 20.4 Magisk.
On using the ROM,I also repeatedly got FC's on phone. I took a couple of logcats. Attached is the ZIP with a few Logcats. They should be different filter options of the same logcat (except ,maybe the previous day included as well).

Thanks. But i dont use havoc for long time and idk whats working. I said this build is for some users like it. Crdroid added face unlock after my latest build so will test soon new changes
After installing latest build ... Tgere no sim signal And unknown baseband And No IMEI

The big advantage of this ROM, is that because it is official, other non device specific bugs can be reported somewhere, and possibly fixed by modifying the LOS source or elsewhere, and those fixes would find themselves in crDroid. Whereas since crDroid is unofficial, finding somewhere to post bugs in the ROM source is more problematic, and less likely to be given any consideration.
So, do you know where we could post bugs?
For example, the album art one I posted in the crDroid thread, which I am pretty sure is not device specific. It is also in LOS 17.1
