Yes that is right.. We finally have the JB Firmware from Samsung for our GT-I9070. (Not for GT-I9070P)..

http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9070

Enjoy.. :)

Installation procedure:

1) Download the firmware from the link in the post..

2) Download Odin3 from http://xdaforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1168421&d=1341114315
and run it with administrative priviledges..

3) Extract the firmware that you downloaded from the link in the post..

4) Turn off the phone, press and hold Volume down+Home+Power button until you get the Download mode. (Press the Volume Up to continue) and then connect it to your computer via USB. (wait until Odin detects you device).

5) In Odin put the extracted firmware under PDA and click on Start..

6) Wait until it finishes and restarts itself.

Note:
If your phone is not rooted, you do not need to wipe data and cache. Else after the flashing is complete and the phone restarts, it will go in a boot screen loop. Down worry. Here is how to take care of that:

a) Turn the phone off and then press and hold Volume Up+Home+Power.

b) The phone will go into the stock recovery. Wipe data/Factory reset and Wipe cache.

c) Restart the phone and the phone will go into setup with Russian language as default.

d) From the first screen itself, tap the drop down option and select English from that list and hit next. The rest will be easy to complete (as in adding Google Accounts, etc.)

P.S.: Since this is signed firmware, the binary counter will not increase. To root the JB Firmware, follow this thread after installation of the JB Firmware http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2087424

Lol so much threads about JB. It looks nice, but was laggy at first. Now fine. But after 1 restart, the wallpaper reset it self, to the GB stock wallpaper!!! (the blue sky up and brown desert? on bottom) It was weird.

Yeah, it's very simple. Take rom from sammobile and flash it with Odin 1.85. After flash you maybe will need to wipe data/cache from stock recovery in case of boot loop animation.

Thanks... I flashed jb nd cell is working again... Idk what version of jb that is coz... It was on italian lang. I changed d lang however.
Now d que is it that which cusyom recovery i shuld go with... Nd how. Plz geme proper links. Thanks again.
And plz suggest me some best stable fast roms......plz with links.

    You're welcome!

I think you should use TWRP recovery instead of CWM recovery because TWRP is more user friendly in my opinion. To use TWRP, you should install CoCore E Kernel. Here is the link: http://xdaforums.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=7571

For now, I think you should use stock firmware with CoCore E Kernel. If you want to try custom Jellybean ROMS then you can try my ROM (Sami OS) or HarshJelly. Both can be found in the Android Development section (http://xdaforums.com/galaxy-s-advance/development). Perhaps in the future you can try CM11 by Epirex too.

Also, I am assuming that your phone is rooted now. So you can try apps like SDMaid Pro, No-Frills CPU control, File manager with root access and Xposed. Also, be sure to make backups using 3rd party apps or by using TWRP because you may never know what might go wrong.

    Good luck! :)

Is it this NEW updates include chinese & English language ?? any screencapture for the languages view ...

Has all the languages. Just select English after installation. Need to flash it via Odin. Binary Counters doesn't matter.

After using XXLQ4 with thunderzap kernel for about a week, and factory formating twice, in my opinou that it's a laggy rom yet, and that we should wait for another, more stable build.

Sent from my GT-I9070 using xda premium

For me laggy is dialer, and I fixed it by using app exDialer. Camera sometimes takes lot to turn on. Rest is working fine. Did you remove bloatware? Yahoo financial widget/app, that samsung chat app (or whatever it was)... I removed almost 30MB of apps from system/app that I do not need. There is thread with pdf what I removed, R.A.Z.V.A.N. made it.

Try wiping cache in stock recovery (Volume up + menu + Power).

    Thx, it worked.
