I paid for the official Leather Case on November 6 on:

Still no one is answering to me and and don't know when my order will be shipped...

What should i do? Ask for a PayPal refund?

Just check the store web page again, they have information about availability by November 24th:

"This case will be available by November 24, 2015 on zuk-store.com. We invite you to place a pre-order to be part of the first delivery."

So you need to wait another week and it should be shipped for you.

Few days ago that message was:

"This case will be available by November 16, 2015 on zuk-store.com. We invite you to place a pre-order to be part of the first delivery."

I sent a dozen of messages but no one is answering to me.

I have the exact same problem with the screen protector! It has been almost two months since I ordered and they keep postponing the availability date... I opened a dispute with PayPal today, as I was tired of waiting and not getting any answers. I hope now they do answer.

What the hell. Can't believe that.
I'm waiting for tomorrow (it shows that will be available on November 24) and if still nothing then i will open a PayPal dispute on November 25.

I suggest to all of you who read this to don't buy from zuk-store.com
