3.1.0.2-L seem to have problem with Updater app in official Lineage OS 14.1 by Cozzmy13, I am using this TWRP version, downloaded and started to install from Updater, then it restarted to TWRP, nothing happened and end up in TWRP bootloop with this TWRP version as reported here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72675107&postcount=389

seem people using 3.0.2 from TS don't have this issue on official LOS14.1 even when using Updater directly

Hello everyone!
Does anyone know why there's so much difference in size between the last 2 versions?

any sign for 3.2.0.0 version?
The development of TWRP has been sensational, so it keeps its place as the best custom recovery you can use for tweaking your Android device. This new version – TWRP version 3.2.0-0 – comes out with some new features, but developer Ethan Yonker – codename “Dees Troy” – warns that this early build failed with numerous test devices. He says that it might take a few days before he can test the build for those devices, so a little patience is needed.

I was running LineageOS 14.1, and TWRP 3.1.1-0.
Updated to TWRP 3.1.1-1 with Official TWRP app (phone is rooted), but now I can't boot into TWRP anymore. Phone works without a problem (boots into LineageOS normally).

When I try to boot into TWRP, it stucks on MI logo until I reboot it.

Did anybody have similar problem?
