What kind of answer do you expect? Are you satisfied with MIUI? Any problems? If no problems, no need to change (never change a running system). If camera quality and SOT are your main features, don't change. But if you are affected by one of MIUI bugs, LineageOS is a great choice.

Does anyone have problems with the battery charging...? A mate just flashed the ROM a few hours ago and he can't charge the device unless he turns it off... Another guy had also the same problem and returned to MIUI.

Yes, this issue had affected me as well since CM14.1. As no one else seems to have experienced this issue, my guess is adapter related or charging driver or some sort. But if I charge with higher voltage and ampere charger I rarely experiences this issue.

there is a known issue with battery not charging if you boot with the cable connected, you have to disconnect it and reconnect to have proper charging. this usually happens when booting from TWRP while being connected to a charger/usb port.
The fix should arrive in next weekly, we are all waiting for it.
But normally this is not happening if you have the phone already on.

Also as a rule of thumbs when experiencing strange issue not know be sure to have a clean installation with full wipe (data format) because dirty flashing can give unpredictable results

I've set one Sim for data and one for calls and sms. I can make calls but not switch to the active call nor can i hang up. I can hear the ring but no option to answer shows up. I do see misdeed calls after. If i go into phone hitting switch to active call doesn't work. Any ideas?

Fixed it. Seems no default application was set to handle calls.

It seems like this ROM has trouble with casting music to Chomecast audio from Spotify. It worked flawlessly few days and now Chromecast stays undetected (only in Spotify app).

Guys, how can I safely revert from 14.1 to official MIUI 8? I don't have any backup from MIUI 8. Do I need to do something special besides flashing the official MIUI build? Are there any special gapps for MIUI?
While I am satisfied with the performance of 14.1, the battery life is abysmal. That's why I want to revert to MIUI.

I flashed the latest lineage os build on my redmi 3 pro and have issues with the camera.
In full screen mode, 16:9 9,7 megapixel the camera is first very bright and then switches to nearly a dark screen so its unpossible to take a photo.
When i change back to 4:3 13 megapixels everything is fine.
Can anyone confirm this?
Otherwise everything is working great. Thank you for the great rom.

A) Reboot to recovery. Wipe System, Cache and Dalvik Cache. Install ROM + GApps. (Yes, without rebooting). Reboot.
