For some reason Facebook messenger can't login has anyone has an apk version from apk mirror who knows it works? it has to be armeabi v7a for galaxy watch 4 classic

This the one I was using I had a guy fix the dpi for me and rebuild the apk. It still looks funky to me maybe someone here has it with better settings. I know it not built for the round screen so everything looks pushed together but it did work fine for me.

Looking For A Working CL6 App for GW5P:​

I have a car remote start app on my phone that I can start it from anywhere. They have the app for the iWatch but not for wearOS. I installed it on my GW5P, but it only flashes and it closes it. Is there someone here or somewhere who can modify it for wearOS? Please the link to the app below:

You just have to let it sync for a split second and it works flawlessly. Not the best experience ever on such a tiny screen, but better than nothing

Set it as Bixby then use the app on the first page of this forum (GW4 Remap) to change Bixby to Alexa

Actually, it'll be much more responsive if you select Power Menu instead of Bixby. Instant almost.

Do you have any information on what type of signal it uses to send the signal to your car?

I'm like 90% sure something like this would include encrypted signals to prevent car theft. I highly doubt you'll get cross compatibility unless the developers of the Apple version give you the API to use. Which would be a huge security breech most likely.

In terms of taking the Apple Version and using it directly on Android is a no go unless there's cross app compatibility (like Tasker) which would mean a shareable API, which again, for something like this is wishful thinking. Sorry, hope you find a solution. I've gone down so many rabbit holes chasing similar quality of life conveniences.

Well, it effortlessly syncs with google calendar and it's not limited to the current day and a few days more and moreover I am already accustomed to using on the phone, so it's ok for me. Anyway, it's just a little bit slower than the default app, because it displays a splashscreen and it takes about a second to sync, so it's a matter of one's own taste, I suppose.

Btw, google are repertedly working on both calendar and gmail for wearos and that might be why the latest calendar apk is working. Even the latest gmail almost works, it just fails when syncing and I can start it from samsung contact, but still it crashes. It's very closed to be working, damn.

Based on recent comments, it seems like several apps that once did work, are no longer after recent updates. Several versions I posted were as low as you could go before running into the same issues a year ago.

I recommend grabbing the next whole version number up from the ones I posted on APKmirror to see if you have better luck. Keep going up until you find a version that works. If the app crashes as soon as you launch it, good chance it's an archetype issue. Make sure the versions you download support v7a arch's. Newer apps are designed for V8 these days.

yes thanks to you I am aware that I have to download v7a but the problem is not that it's crasing it's just nener be able to sign in.

Thank you for your reply. I'm able to login with no problem I got it installed on my watch it opens and closes after a few seconds it stays in the splash screen. Something may have to do with the dpi or something.

Dear, there is a modified APK of WhatsApp, fully functional with the same number. A complete WhatsApp. Note that it is not an official app and it is not in the Play Sotre. I installed it yesterday and I'm testing it. So far so good, but again, be careful with security, everyone is responsible. Greeting

Thanks a lot ... i have installed the APK .... it is working fine now but crashing occasionally.... i will test it for few more days ... let see .... waiting for google to launch wear calendar....

Yes .. but the problem with other apps is .. you have to install it in your phone and watch to get it synced .... so already you have Google calendar in your phone and one more need to be installed, that i dont like ... i like more like companion apps which work seamlessly ... also you can control notifications separately in watch and in phone.

That's a fair point. Do you have a recommendation for which version of Google Calendar to sideload? Are the older versions better for watch screens or have you tried them? Just curious.

I imagine the newest calendar versions and features are problematic and cluttering for watch screens. I'll try sideloading older versions tonight if you don't have any recommendations. Just want to make sure the best version is added to list by comparing new vs old.

Try installing an older version on phone to make sure it works (doesn't force you to update) and then sideload to watch. General rule of thumb is older versions typically have less clutter and are more compatible. However, if it's too old then Google will force you to update or just block it all together from connecting to their servers due to outdated or limited security features such as 2FA.

Wear Messages is also a great option in terms of chat features. It has support for SMS and Facebook Messenger. The colors are ugly which is why I don't use it anymore lol. Plus, it doesn't differentiate in color if you received an SMS or Facebook Messenger if I remember right. Puke green is the only theme option. If you're just looking for something that works though, this did for me about 6 months ago.

If you try it, make sure you have app installed on watch and phone. You'll need to upgrade to premium as well or download a modded premium APK.
