Everything for tree times (not internal and external storage)
Install ROM and Gapps
Reboot system
Configure all
Go to recovery and make a backup
Install purify kernel (jairus980) 31012017 build (do not wipe) and reboot system (it should works)
Go to recovery and install SU (if u want)

Full wipe means everything except external sd card.
Also I want to try purify kernel (jairus980) 31012017 build but it looks like it is deleted from AndroidFileHost page of jairus980.

If someone can pm me the purify kernel (jairus980) 31012017 build I can test that out.

why not try the latest purified by jarius! 2.2.017? goes very well

you're in the wrong section mate
this ROM section is for n9005 LTE Snapdragon variant
the one you have is an exynos variant so you should go into exynos's section

for some reason purify is giving bootloops on the latest build
i will suggest stick with stock kernel

im curious why lord eko didnt make purify kernel repacked by jairus as default kernel in this rom ? for me, it works really well without any issue so far. maybe by doing this we can reduced the number of people complaining about random reboot stuff

For example camera shot works well only with stock kernel, not with repacks.

I know what full wipe mean, but l tongth u were doing something else or wrong but in atention to help u tried to specify.

Jairus980 kernels still are in their place.[ 1486229458641.jpg

I am a new RR user. Device N9005,Location India
>Installed TWRP 3.0.2-1
>Wiped dalvik,cache,data,cache 3 times
>Flashed RR ROM
> Without wiping anything installed GApps Pico
>Booted into ROM without wiping > Phone got too hot and Restarted again and again. I put my phone inside freezer and it stayed normal without reboots for some time -_-
>Went to recovery, flashed Purify 02.02.17 kernel then magisk zip provided in Jairus980 Kernel thread, but never even got to boot animation- Bootlooped till Galaxy note 3 Logo.
>Went to recovery and flashed Phoenix kernel 02.02.17 (again from Jairus kernel thread), now everything seems normal, no overheating but a little bit lag is noticeable but I can live with it.

Does anyone know why Purify 02.02.17 is acting like this ?

Edit:
One bug I have is when I turn on USB Tethering, it automatically Turns Back Off. This is a kernel problem (Phoenix 02.02.17 ). Anyone found any solution ?

Edit 2: I meant Phantom kernel...not Phoenix...my bad
