Read the op first, you have to extract the apk's from zip and install them step by step, not flash them.

Swipe Down the app shown in recents.
It will show you lock sign on the top than.

Download

1 adb and zuk z1 driver
2 fastboot package
3. Latest twrp for zuk z1

Procedure

1. Install adb and zuk z1 driver
2. Copy twrp to fastboot package folder
3. Open cmd in the same folder
4. Reboot your device into fastboot mode
5 then type in cmd fastboot -i 0x2b4c flash recovery recovery.img ( replace recovery.img with your twrp file name ) and press enter .
Let it complete .
Now you can reboot to recover don't power on your device first reboot to recover then do what ever you want

We can't and we already have pie rom and I don't think it is possible because z2 have 820 SoC and z1 with 801

Stuck in TWRP

Hi there.
A friend of mine has a ZUK Z1. He has had installed this rom a few monthes ago. As he wanted to reset it to factory setting his phone went to TWRP blue menu and now it is stick there. I tried to install the ROM by copying the ROM.zip into sdcard and using install menu. At the end of installation process, just after starting to install zui, two line in red appeared on the screen, mentioning about an error and then continue to install to the end. when installation was done, I tried to reboot system but it went back to TWRP page again. I need help to fix it.

In TWRP, Go to advance, then go to Terminal and write down these codes one-by-one.
1. Code (Text): dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota Now press enter, and write down another code.
2. Code (Text): dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/misc
Press enter again! Then go to main menu, go to Reboot and hit System. You're done, enjoy!

I tried this but after rebooting I came up to TWRP page again. seems nothing happend!
