@Updates_lover: I did not because I am not using MarshMallow for almost 8 months now, I flashed a Nougat Rom based on the Nougat leak. I am just passing the information forward. I would flash the modem if it brings any improvements.
i could not wait and i flashed this latest kdz after some problems with lg flash tools i managed it.now i am in the android is upgrading thing ,i think all went fine after all.i will update as soon as i get into the start screen

for a weird reason, after i flashed the latest kdz which we all thought that contains 2018 security update,i checked my software info and android security is still 2016 and version is 20p,so i have no idea what changed in this kdz ...

I have an european h815 lg G4 , let me know if all is ok, i want to flash it , i wanna know if there were differences or problem. Thank you!
we have the same phone, everything works as it used to and better because of the factory reset,to be honest i did not notice any difference other than the starting procedure to set up phone. If your time is precious dont even bother flashing if you dont have what to do like me (at this time of year haha ) do it ;)

Today LG released more MM ROMs for H815.
The reason is because a critical bug in LG Keyboard. That's a shame that to have latest(?) security patches we had to wait an huge exploit.
EDIT: No security patches (V20p - 2016-07-01 - 50MB of OTA patch), just the fix for the keyboard exploit. -.-

You're right, I've received an OTA update today and the security patches is still at 2016-07-01.
LG Mobile division doesn't respect it's customers, they lie and ultimately they will fail.

Wow, LG Bridge just got update. It did delete LGBridge.exe and now the program doesent even work. Whats the point to use it anyway when there isnt any updates for the phone. Just delete whole program.
Ill wait till OnePlus release phone with Snapdragon 710. Thats gonna be a nice phone maybe.
I like G4 leather back cover, mine is still almost like a new. Kind of stupid to buy a new phone when old still working, but the security issues are bad.

I will never buy lg again. Lg has upgraded g3 model roms more than 2 year. Even g3 users now using 6.0 now but lg frauded g4 owners even it declared g4 was flagship product. If you advertised a pruduct as your best line you should be back at least 2 year. I am very angry and telling everyone lg is not trustable company. They may spend millions for advertisement but, I am sure in time they will regret.

After 3 years with the G4, I picked up a Zenfone 5 to replace it. Think the days of expensive flagships might be coming to an end as the Asus phone cost £210 for an ex-review model.
