It was a replacement device supplied by an insurance under a Lloyds bank policy. I bought it sealed from the policyholder although I have recollections it may have come with a 2 pin mains charger so maybe they sourced European stock?
If it was an EU plug then it makes sense that it is from an EU stock. I will wait patiently as I don't have time at the moment to faff about with a new ROM.

I am having issues updating, I can download the OTA but the update fails telling me to try using LG Bridge, but LG bridge also fails. It finds the update and prepares the phone but then fails when trying to download the update.

Any ideas?

TIA

i did it 3 times, and in every case, it has deleted my phone. Interesting to read, that it should not do that.:D
and...
Yes, to flash the .kdz file needs less than 10 min, but to restore all system settings needs more time.
( setup app right management; energy and sound profiles; icon settings etc. )
If you do not know, what i have to do, forget it!:)

aby solution for the unable to download error update via LG Bridge.... it prompts to update to v20d but... when trying to download ... error ocures...
Windows 10 up to date.
I have the same problem, I read somewhere not to use a USB 3.0 port, my surface book only has USB 3 so I will have to try it on another pc to see if that is the case.

Can someone confirm this?
