Blast from the past! I remember in the not too distant past Omnirom being touted as the next best thing, and then it kind of disappeared. More roms the merrier! Thanks.

It never Disappeared, its just who has the devices to work on it. In the past I did a lot for the Nexus 7 2013 but now I have a flounder I decided to recently work on that as well. :)

Butter smooth rom. Very nice performance, although the battery backup is not the best (not bad either). Would you mind uploading the vendor images too??

Thanks a lot for this great rom.

Quick question, are these builds eligible for OTA deltas or are we downloading full zips and flashing every time? Running unofficial Lineage OS atm so was verifying before flashing

Sent from my Nexus 9 using Tapatalk

Edit: went ahead did a backup and flashed it and it does have an OTA menu

Going to try out Omni for the first time. Is it based on Lineage or their own AOSP implementation?
It's own AOSP implementation. It's a rom completely separate from Lineage

I could possible extract the latest vendor image and upload it but I'm sure someone else on XDA has already done that?
Also not sure what you mean by "battery backup"

Yes sorry for the late reply. It has OTA updates via OpenDelta and in general new builds are done weekly.

Hi @hardslog ! with last weekly it ask me for outdated vendor (NMF26F). Can I stay on last one (N4F26T)? Thanks

You should be ok with newest vendor, but you make it sound like there is likely some device updates for me to do :)

Don't worry the device work well with my configuration! TWRP is very slow on F2FS (I know it's slow on every device with F2FS)
I have some problems with substratum. My favorite swift black don't fully work. And some other themes too.
I will try to be more precise in the next hour

Correction with my previous post. I had problem with root not with substratum. (And so substratum don't work). I tried all root method without success. Reverted to EXT4 and all is working again. For now I will stay on EXT4.

How can I enable Advanced Reboot

Does anyone know how to enable the Advanced Reboot option in Omni 7.1.1? I enabled Developer Options and had a look for the setting there, but could not find it. When I try to reboot I get a Reboot Dialog saying Advanced reboot is disabled. Do you want to reboot? Along with an option to not show again. Searching the settings also doesn't give any hints for enabling reboot to recovery or bootloader.

Does anyone know where I might enable this?

Settings - Under Omnigears select BUTTONS, then Power Menu and then Enable Advanced Reboot
