I use the TelsaUnread Plugin for mine.
I do as well. After the last Gmail update, TU wasn't working for a while, but then the team fixed it, finally. Then Oreo came to our phones, and I wanted to see how the phone will do it natively (the number badges). As it turned out, it sucked. So I am back on TU.

Has anyone else noticed a nice signal bump? It seems like this may be attributed to the device favoring 700MHz LTE. I'm getting 4-5 bars in my house and I've never seen that in my life. Average is 2-3 and favoring higher frequencies. SNR is really good.

Same experience here. Very pleased with the signal and call clarity. It's incredibly smooth, too. So far, my only frustration is the way notifications & badges are working. I suppose I'll just get used to it. I really don't want to bother with flashing backwards, if it's even possible.

4G not working after Oreo upgrade

I just upgraded to Oreo through the ATT OTA update.

Post upgrade my 4G stopped working. Tried to reset APN and network settings.

But without luck. Any advice on what can be done to restore 4G? Thanks.

On the surface, it sounds like a hardware issue. The first thing I would try would be to have AT&T swap out your SIM card. If that doesn't work and you're sure the APN is correct, you may have to do a warranty decice swap.

Before you do any of that, though, call AT&T technical support and ask if your line is properly provisioned for 4G LTE, etc. I had a similar issue once and it was because I wasn't provisioned properly. A call to AT&T fixed that.

No signal increase here in southeastern mass... seems just about the same as it was before the update, but that's fine with me. Like the FPS and IRIS speed/sensitivity increase though... almost instantaneous since update for both! Have been waiting for the battery to re-learn charge cycle, etc. and get better but it hasn't happened... but then again, it could be that I have been using it a lot more since the update I suppose! Haven't really done anything with any of the other features so... ? PIP/Edge Lighting/AOD/etc

anyone else having issues with the samsung weather not updating saying location or service not available.
also having constant disconnects with blutooth in my car and when it disconnects goes to white screen then home like it is force closing with no message
That's really strange - since the update, my Bluetooth has finally worked in both, my 2012 Ford Fusion and my 2015 Ford F350 (both have Ford Sync) - have always had intermittent, oddball problems until now! I am thrilled with Bluetooth 5.0! Figures, right?

My weather worked fine. I disabled it though as I personally like AccuWeather better.
