My phone is working with the previous problem that I wrote in the above posts, the bootloader is unlocked, so should I just do your step 7? and in my case if I'm not wrong I'm using the C636 but I'm not completely sure, so if I flash the C636 having the C432 installed this will possibly brick my phone? And how I could fix it, with just flashing the C432 will fix it?Dont fret man.. take a breather. Basically.. your oeminfo.bin info is different to the firmware u have and phone is in safe mode.. some sort out safe mode...
i can send u a detailed guide tomorrow.. but heres a short version
1. Use firmware finder and download the oreo firmware MHA-l09c432,.... use latest firmware.. not sure what your version of ur phone is but mine is MHA-l09.. yours could be MHA-L29
2. download huawei multitool or ADB
3. download from xda oeminfo.bin for C432 region
4. unlock oem bootloader again.
5. put phone in fastboot mode and flash the oeminfo.bin file to your phone.. this will make it europe region. use adb command to flash the oeminfo
Then using huawei multitool flash TWRP oreo version for mate 9
6. now use HWOTA8 method to flash the europe firmware to your phone.. you will need to copy files to an sd card and install with TWRP.. you can check xda for procedure to complete
7. once done to relock the bootloader, flash the oeminfo.bin file again
