At least for Android Pie 10.2.1.0. I can only bypass ARB by fastboot flash dummy.img (using whyred's dummy.img to bypass ARB4 to boot into custom) I can only boot to custom recovery, not flash it. I used Nigel's TWRP... When the device boots into TWRP, it gives me a password ui to decrypt... Now from my experience... Only way to get rid of that is by wiping data partition by changing data to EXT4.

But for this Zip (Orange) needs to flash in recovery in order to boot to Orange Recovery. Should i just flash the orange recovery image before wiping data partition? I sent this to Nigel's forum, I want to help out.

Of course you can extract recovery.img from the OrangeFox zip and boot it, or flash it. The core functionality will be there, but it will be missing some features until you flash the zip.
What core functions will be missing? And do i have to wipe data partition because of the password prompt. Or do i flash orange recovery right away after booting it.

I meant the Global versions.
Before installing xiaomi.eu, we recommend format data --> YES, which removes global version encryption.
I don't want to remove encryption, because it is an important security feature (especially since the bootloader is unlocked).

Xiaomi.eu does not use data partition encryption
What do you mean by "Xiaomi.eu does not use data partition encryption"?

Encryption in eu works fine on my device (data partition is encrypted). The problem is that no developer (has tried or) has been able to add decryption to TWRP.

If you have encrypted your phone from the menu> settings> etc to OK, only recovery may not know the encryption key. Recovery china is made to decrypt MIUI Global, xiaomi.eu could have changed something.
You can try to use recovery Nijel8
