The price doesn't define whether a device is a flagship or not.
Totally valid..but expecting same level of support from a 600 dollar flagship and 1500 dollar flagship is also not normal.. and that is what I meant by 600 dollars flagship. 900 dollars cut costs has to go somewhere. So as the flagships can be of different range,in the same way generalising as it is a flagship it should be as good as another company's flagship is not a valid reasoning.

I believe the update is rolled out in phases, you probably aren't part of phase 1 like myself.
