Whats the difference between the global rom and the unofficial blackmagic rom?
will the blackmagic (CN) rom work with EU Providers? (Germany for me)

Try formatting data in TWRP, it usually fixes the issue with boot

I have severals questions for you
Do you went directly to the version 4.09 ?
Do you had to wipe all your data ?
Do you have the battery percentage ?
Do you have the facial recognition ?
What is the date of the android security ? March ?
Do you see any improvement for the camera ? (Like the wide camera directly visible and not in the pro mode ? And also you see a difference bettwen 64 Mp and 16 Mp ?)


I am currently stuck at 64 % for the download of the update ...

I was in 4.05 and no it didn't wipe. Just apply the zip from local upgrade in the system update.

Yes percentage for battery live and themes now visible.

No changes to camera I can see and still can't change launcher.

Issue 1: bootloader unlock breaks fp reader
Issue 2: face unlock is available only for CN rom not in eu rom

So... Seems like the update isn't really worth the download and update procedure (backup, wipe, reinstall)...? :S

Nothing like that. Its just standard procedure mentioned for any android update.
You can just download install update no need to wipe
This update worth it for me,
Now battery Status is enabled in status bar
Other battery features available in settings
Different settings are enabled in the menu
Nubia launcher got some improvement as Google feed is there
Themes are enabled
Volume sliders are changed
These are just few. Overall it's good
I have not checked everything

Installed and it's work No wipe and I see the battery in the percentage , no camera improvement and no security update and no facial recognition (seems to be only for Chinese version).
Reboot also performed and no issue found so far on my side

Hi, actually there are two things
if you already have those shortcuts in folders somewhere then it cannot be added again,
if you are sure you have not added then you can try to force stop the launcher and those icons may appear somewhere on screen.
In installing new apps I. Faced this issue but not with the older icons. By restarting the launcher it was solved
But still you can only have one instance of the icon on the screen
Because the home screen also works same as the drawer.

Those icons aren't on the desktop. They are hidden somewhere and can't be seen. Will try your solution. This could all be fixed off nubia just let us use any launcher we want. There launcher is really really bad

Let's hope so. Force stop didn't help, changing theme and desktop size doesn't help. I really don't want to reset the launcher and have to create all the folders again [emoji17]
