I don't understand why there is multiples link for the 2 variants.
Anyway the procedure from the website https://help.redmagic.gg/hc/en-us/articles/360033542691-Global-ROMs-and-Updates is the following (the example was for the Nubia 3 )

Global ROMs and Updates
Whether you need to manually update your RedMagic’s software or flash your device with the global ROM, please follow the instructions below.

NOTES:
Please be cautious during the flashing process and make sure to carefully follow the instructions. Be sure to download the correct software for your device, as attempting to flash your device with the wrong software will void your warranty.
Please be aware that if your RedMagic device was purchased from a third-party site, we cannot provide additional support should your device run into issues. The RedMagic warranty policy covers devices bought from our official store only.

GLOBAL ROM
INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOAD:
Please back-up your data before attempting to manually install the global ROM, as the process will require a complete wipe of the device. This is because many of the apps built into the Chinese model will not be compatible with the global ROM.
Download the software build for your device depending on your location
Make sure the device is charged to 50% or above.
Plug your phone into your computer and copy the downloaded .zip to your phone’s root storage folder (this is the main folder once your device is connected to the computer). If you’re using a Mac, you can install Android File Transfer for this operation.
After the .zip file is copied to your phone’s root folder, go to 'Settings' > 'System update', tap the 'Settings icon' (the three dots) in the top right corner, choose 'Local update', find the .zip file and tap on 'Install now' button to confirm.
After the RedMagic device boots, the software will be usable. However, should any issues occur, we recommend doing a full wipe of the device either by the reset option in settings or via recovery (the best option). To do a full wipe, please follow these additional steps:
Once the RedMagic 3 has booted after the initial software update, turn the device off, and then hold down both the volume up button and the power button. This will bring you to recovery mode.
Choose your preferred language with the volume keys and select with the power key.
Go to 'Wipe data', and select 'Wipe user data'. <= If you do that I believe we lost all our data right ?
The phone will reboot and you will need to set up with your Google account info.

Are these two different posts? Because 1 is taking me to 404 1 is downloading. Something is odd

It was written Asia, also with that link I gave another link which has working links for all the roms just check there [emoji4]

Guys, it is slow because it seems the files are still being uploaded.

So I got the chance to update to 3.11 looks like some issues are fixed.

1.battery issues.. Statusbar has battery percentage also battery settings are available

2.japan doesn't allow 5ghz wifi outside buildings so I was not able to use wifi now I can switch bands and it is usable

3. Launcher still cannot be chnaged

4.statusbar has not disappeared yet on me.so probably that is fixed

5.netflix still SD no L3

6. Cannot test volte, bootloader unlock, and others as I don't get calls and I don't do rooting

7.i don't have any gpay supported card so sorry can't test that either

8.screen recorder settings are now accessible from settings menu

9.120hz still not available

10.if anything else you want me to check. Please ask.

11.custom AOD cannot be set, but if you disable AOD it can be enabled again.

1.volume sliders are now different

2. There's a Google feed on nubia launcher

I directly updated to 3.11 because I noticed someone from nubia mentioned they will be releasing the 3.11 update and not the other version. Also the size is 2.53 or 35 gb I don't exactly remember. So it probably no issue if you directly update to 3.11
If possible try to download somewhere else. Don't cancel this one just somewhere new because I got high speed today morning. And last night I started 1 download which is still not complete

Nubia tech guy told us that 3rd party launcher is in the works for the next version.

Also, Netflix L1 is being worked on.

We complained to him about AOD

But we ctually forgot about the 120Hz. Will get his attention on it ASAP.
