It's like 2 separate apps of the same app. For example, cloning Whatsapp allows you to run 2 separate Whatsapp account on your phone.

Unless you use 3rd party apps like Parallel Space. Dual apps is not built-in in PE.

After the August update, the finger print is laggy and sometimes won't even recognize. I installed the July update when I first used the ROM and this wasn't an issue I had.
Also, I noticed since the July update, the microphone was always low. And the August update still has this issue. When listening to voice notes recorded on the phone I have raise the volume all the way up or wear earphones and still put high volume.

Sorry for the inconvenience but I have MI A3 with MIUI 12 rom installed and want to try PE so I have some questions.
First one - should i flash stock rom before flashing PE or I can only factory reset and format data?
Second one - should i flash vendor before rom installation or after?

1. NO, just clear chache, system, data and then install.

2. If the Rom that your trying to install has a built-in vendor, then there's no need to manually flash vendor.

Before, my phone was unlocked just by sliding, even with the fingerprint lock. Disabling smart lock (google) now everything works correctly. What problem do you have?

it's actually not there for me either. I have the latest build. However it's still on from when I turned it on in an older build

Nope... It was there yesterday, I had it turned on for some time but after changing some other settings, this setting is gone? So weird haha

Hello, I found a problem with the last build. When I'm charging the device with 18W quick charge 3 it charges at a rate of 1500 mAh-2100 mAh and says fast charging. But when I try my wife's charger of her Huawei P20 which is 40W Supercharger it says fast charging but when I check Ampere the charge rate is 100 mAh and the battery is discharging. Before flashing PE+ I was with stock rom and had no problem with charging my phone with any charger.

1.Under display fingerprint scanner's green color/light stay on screen after unlocking the phone.. It happens frequently.
2. Give a option for turn off fingerprint unlock vibration and face unlock vibration.
3. Improve under display fingerprint scanner.
4. Turn off vibration if fingerprint or face unlock attempt fail. Or do the opposite.
5.Improve face unlock.
6. Give a option for changing notification /status bar icon color.
7. When I try to unlock the phone by under display fingerprint scanner green light bright too much I fell like I'm going to be blind.
8. I feel performance drop or Lag when battery goes down.
9. I think front camera has a focus issue it doesn't focus what is in the front.
10. Apps like Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, IMO doesn't capture audio during call without earphone mic.

Greetings and many thanks for the maintaining this project. With the last OTA update the menu entry for the security patch level is gone. I could not find any issues on the latest commits on github. So whats happened?
