Hey in that night time shot did you use manual settings or is that Auto mode / Low Light mode?

Just curious because there's very little noise in the shot. Also wondering if the blurriness is from heightened ISO or if it's from dirty lens/motion blur.

I used nighttime mode and I really don't know how my lense got fogged up but it was very cold outside so I guess it was trying to frost on my lense.
