Update is up! Didn't push OTA this time because there is some additional prerequisite for flashing the update.

Step 1:
1. Go to styles section (longpress launcher home -> styles and wallpapers) and assign it to the default theme (accent, statusbar icon, icon shape, etc)
2. Change the live wallpaper to any other normal image

(Have removed the pixel themes stub and all themes config can be done under Settings -> Display -> Theming)

Step 2:
Download the radio and bootloader firmware from the download folder

Lockscreen clock can not be changed also.

Ok just to avoid confusion here's the thing. You can still change everything from display-> Styles and wallpapers. This launches the AOSP themepicker from that you can change clock, icon grid, walls. The google app from playstore can only change the wallpaper. In next update I'll overlay the launcher so that it directly launches the aosp themepicker app (the one from display settings) and not the com.google.wallpaper thing which is what stock pixel launcher does as it is prebuilt.

After this, the styles section does not open anymore and no more settings can be done.

(OK found a solution, disable LiveWallpaper, after that settings does not crash. Live Wallpaper can be set after this again, but settings crashes again until disabling live wallpaper).

It does say to change the wallpaper to a static image instead of a live wallpaper in the instructions, so it's possible live wallpaper is broken?

I have removed SuperiorOS-Xcalibur-sunfish-OFFICIAL-20210615-0559.zip and uploaded SuperiorOS-Xcalibur-sunfish-OFFICIAL-20210615-0902.zip build. Added the live wallpaper and google wallpaper app back. So the crash issue should be fixed. The rest about live wallpaper and (display-> styles and wallpapers) this is a permission issue so have to keep only one.

Note: The updated SuperiorOS-Xcalibur-sunfish-OFFICIAL-20210615-0902.zip build has same styles and wallpapers behavior like before so no worries. Flashing instructions are as mentioned above if you are flashing from May update.

Hi there. I decided to test for you and locked chrome. It works alright for me. Gives me the option to use my pin as well. Try a different program than the one you're trying to lock now and test? Did you do a clean flash?

I experimented a bit more and found the problem, it's a way to start apps I use - App Dialer Pro. When I start the locked app from my home screen / launcher it works fine, so problem solved!

After update, the top party of status bar does not cover in black instead it revels what's behind it. Is there any way to revert it back and cover it in black

Was on another rom but flashed to June stock and clean flashed to this. Everything seems to be functioning smoothly and there's a lot of nice changes since I've used this. The accent picker is very nice and the font options? I love that Rounded Elegance is back. I haven't seen it since the Pie roms. You've very much earned the donation. Thanks for this.
