Initially Jelly Bean didn't seem that much different than ICS but after a day and a half with it I can definitely tell the difference.
The main upside for me is that the OS is much faster, WAY more stable and has zippier transitions. The homescreen hasn't crashed once and I'm seeing a lot less "App not responding, WAIT or Close" messages. Camera app is also more fluid and stable. Notifications are smarter, ad lots of other nice changes. Asus also threw in some new settings for power consumption. Oh and flash still works fine. Needless to say I like it very much.

There are a few issues I'm having trouble with though:

1. Google Now still has some problems, It's not as fast as it should be, and there's lag launching and doing voice searches. Also you can't launch from lock screen if you're in portrait mode.

2. Google Latitude won't let me set my home position (for use in google now) it says there's a server error.

3. Asus Weather isn't updating and is being buggy (showing Celsius when it's set to Fahrenheit) .

4. After not using the tablet for a long time when unlocking from lock screen, the homescreen isn't there for the first few seconds and has to like boot up again.

5. Local search (search for what's on tablet) seems to be gone. This is probably due to the lawsuit between Apple and Android providers.
I got problem with Asus Weather (showing please wait awhile and failed), Lattitude show me in Tampa, FL but I am in Burke, VA and Navigation keep searching for GPS.
I suspect it is a problem with the GPS so I download the GPS Test and it showed no signal.
This happened at my work place with windows. At home it worked on and off mostly on weakly but good enough for Asus Weather, Lattitude, Maps and Navigation to spot my location.
So I ask Asus and they said that my TF300T need to be serviced.:(

It does not turn into a cat, but instead if you pinch and zoom (as if you are squeezing or stretching it) if bursts into smaller jelly beans :D

Where is this "it" of which you speak?
the jelly bean. :) tap android version multiple times, and it pulls up a jelly bean (or a ICS if on ICS of course) and in ICS if you held down on the sammich, it would blow up and then do a little show... and I'm pretty sure they upped the ante on that for JB and it turns into a little game.

So I updated to jellybean and it is wonderful so far. One minor issue I noticed was the flickering screen which I never had in ics but it happened just now so I had to shut down and start the tablet over. Everything else moves smoothly

My experience with jellybean has been less than stellar. Random crashes with boat browser, while on more than a few websites 99% of content will load. The remaining 1% will stall for 5+ seconds. Most links won't work the first 20 tries..... and I am not exaggerating....20 times. Then it might work. Both ESPN full site, as well as Facebook full site, not mobile are the biggest offenders. Did not have this problem on ICS. The backspace button on the dock stops working randomly. I'm rooted, but that is all. I did a factory reset before upgrading. I am about to sell and defect to an iPad. Android is going downhill.

Go to Settings> About Tablet> Android Version 4.1.1. Tap on it continuously 4-5 times, a fullscreen jellybean will occur. On performing a squeeze and expand pinch action on it, the big jellybean would burst into lots of smaller ones, which you can drag across the screen and they will just keep coming around.

FYI: This feature is available in all Android-based devices. Some or the other thing should come up when you tap continuously on the Android Version.

En-Joy :)

What kind of Quadrant Standard results are you getting on stock JB? Are Quadrant results even dependent upon ROM? Or is it solely a hardware thing? Regardless, I'm at 3600, which seems kind of low.

I'm debating whether or not to stick with stock. I came from Hydro on ICS and it was amazing. JB lags behind it a little.

Benchmarks don't mean anything to anyone except people who read them
