Ok i dont usually leave comments, but wanted to add my personal 2 cents, i dont like the xposed module on the n3, my phone seems to have problems freezing up especially when im installing or uninstalling apps when i have xposed installed, i actually switched back to darthstalker rom, just because xposed was baked into the jedi-elite rom, not sure if others have encountered the same issues or not, but i loved tweaked ran it on my n2 the entire time, and IMO it would be more pimped if you could choose exposed in an aroma installer or something so you don't have to have it if you don't want it.

Yeah I don't have any plans on having xposed pre-included or anything. To be honest I don't even know if I would put it in as an aroma type of option (though I would consider it if there was enough interest I suppose, and assuming the folks responsible for xposed were ok with it - imagine they would be given how prevelant it is as an included-in-rom sort of thing). Xposed is crazy amazing but it's more fun for me as a tinkerer to not include it so I have to try and do all the mods myself lol

I thought about it a lot and im on the same boat. TSM has most of the tweaks contained in Wanam, there will never be any compatability issues and you can just as easily install xposed yourself. Not to mention when modules get updated you would have to convert to user to take an update or wait for rom to update the module. There are modules I cant live without like shortened keyboard longpress from stock 500 to 200, pull down image of my kids and a couple others that can be easily applied after rom. I really wondered though if there was any advantage of having it part of the rom and I just dont see any...I dont think you should waste your time putting it in aroma either. Ive had it on my sd card since beginning and the people who use it im sure know where to get it.

I don't foresee kit kat coming out anytime soon... as long as it doesn't drop in the next few weeks I think 4.3 will be a go

I figured it wasn't yours. It's pretty sweet, but I'm not a fan of the HUGE icons. Ha ha, makes me feel older than I am.
It also broke me Google Play Services and I can't see Google Now with Nova. It keeps saying I need to get Play Services.

I just want to warn people to do a backup before flashing.

Found it....yea im not too crazy about it. My favorite part is the vocal google search feature. With the icons I think they had people with vision problems in mind. You can change the dpi in wanam tho if you want the icons smaller....it is blazing fast tho but I went back to n3 launcher.

Maybe Dwith can work his magic and make the launcher a bit faster

I like the Google Now being off to the side, reminds me of the iOS and that weird screen that you accidently end up on because you swiped one too many times.

I had that same issue, I uninstalled "launcher" app with rom toolbox, it set me back on TW and all seems to be working fine now

Twaked Note 3

Yeah... I had initially set an internal goal for around Halloween, but it's not looking like that will happen. I'm entirely too picky with things, but to be fair I was pretty open about how it will take me a while to get things together.

I'm not huge into teasers or anything but I can drop changelog-esque updates here and there so people see how things are progressing - if folks are interested. No worries if not

Tweaked still is my daily driver on my note 2, Note 3 will be the same.

Heres a list of all the apks I removed. I have been running the phone now for about 5 days after debloatimg with no errors whatsoever. Be careful because some of these apks you may want to use and some work together with others so dont remove everything on the list. Pick and choose what you dont need. There is still a few I have to test but for the most part this list contains 471mb of bloat!!! If you run into any issues post here and I will help.

The way I do it is instead of deleting the apk I create a folder on the ext sd and put them all in there, than I transfer them to my computer. Dont delete them because you will be searching for them on xda if you need them again.

Like I said a lot of these apks you maybe using and I actually transfered some back to system myself. The point was to see what can be removed without any issues like errors down the road. GL
