Try it out man. I haven't had one random reboot or issue related to lag when using fauxclock. Trickster gives me a nasty lag issue for some reasonWow...kudos man very nice....I keep seeing good things about that new compulsion v12....Never tried it though. Maybe its time

Yeah going to root again when I get my laptop back was running insanely great with compulsion 12 kernel and this rom. Now that I think about it I only did 1 factory reset when I odined back to stock before flashing this rom. That may have been the case. I've factory reset it twice so far on stock recovery yesterday and plan to do so 2 more times before rooting just to make sure it wont happen again. Love this alpha and have never seen the kinda performance and battery I did paired with compulsion 12.I wouldnt count the kernel out either. Not sure which you were using at the time but If it was me I would flash the rom when the time comes with the stock kernel. If you were using the stock kernel which wouldnt surprise me with all the other issues stock is having with all things related to ondemand and mpdecision. Im not a linux engineer so im just guessing really, since kernel scheduler handles read write duties i would think its responsible in some way for the sd recognition too. I would try to at least eliminate the kernel as the source of your issue. Its a start anyway.

Maybe something you are removing, try running it as it comes. Or don't restore data if you are. Just your appsCraziest thing happened with my Alpha install.
I reinstalled the ROM after playing with Wally’s themes, and they're awesome, as I wanted to go back to stock. Installed from the same file as I did initially, but then noticed I couldn’t get auto rotation to work. I turned it on and off, I rebooted a few times. No go.
So I redownloaded and reinstalled the ROM, removed bloat as I always do, and installed my app backups. Suddenly I couldn’t get rotation. Then I did it all over again, and but carefully did nandroids to see if something was causing it. NOPE, nothing was consistent. I would lose rotation after uninstalling bloat, after installing my apps, or after a few reboots.
Craziest thing.
I know it’s an alpha, and I doubt anyone will have the same experience. I went back to my current KK ROM and am not having any rotation issues. SOMETHING was up. Could have been the allergens in the air, who knows?
*sigh*
I look forward to the next test drive.
@dwitherell, if you know of anything I can do to help you see if something is going on let me know. I snagged a logcat and emailed it to you Sunday. If you didn’t get it just let me know.
True that it is an alpha, but I don't mess with things directly/knowingly that would alter this functionality so nothing should be off with it. This is worrisomeCraziest thing happened with my Alpha install.

I got a file you can try. From International ROM X Note page. Worked for me when I lost rotation. For me, the loss of rotation had to do with unistalled of Samsung Hub by the way.Craziest thing happened with my Alpha install.

After uninstalling Samsubg Hub, you will miss ab lib, reinserting it into the lib folder fixes it

Yeah, TiB also removes belonging libs which is kinda cool actuallyI have the hub uninstalled.
But what y'all are saying makes me think that TB removed that ab lib portion, where as ROM Toolbox does not.
Very interesting.
I'll keep this link handy incase out happens again, or anyone else needs it.
