It does work with f2fs, the only broken decryption was within 3.4.1, 3.4.0 and this one is working really well, thanks for this new one

After downloading, all I get is a '... .bin' file, is it normal?

Thanks for your feedback, I downloaded it with Firefox and tried several times to no avail. I'll try with stock LineageOS browser.
Edit: same result... Maybe we can just rename the file to .img or somebody could upload it elsewhere

I used chrome and no problem to get IMG file.. But I confirm that Firefox changes extension in bin...
Just rename the extension. Or u can use idm app to download it just copy the link and go to idm tap add link then paste.

With latest TWRP it's impossible to use updater scripts. For example when a ROM has OTA feature. It boots to recovery but stays at the swipe to modify screen. And every time when I enter recovery I can set language and all again...
Just swipe and it should start the flashing prcess. OTA updates works fine for me with lineage 17.
I used official ArrowOS a few weeks ago and now I'm using latest official MIUI EU ROM and on both ROMs it's the same. After TWRP swipe I see the main menu but nothing happens.

That's not true. Magisk includes an addon.d script that should make it persist across ROM updates.

Team Win Recovery Project 3.x, or twrp3 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. It's a full touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.
TWRP built for the Poco/Pocophone F1. It should work fine, but using it is a try at your own risk procedure. Your bootloader must be unlocked to use this recovery. Fastboot mode is used to flash or boot this recovery.

Notes:
- If you're using system_ext roms, use the system_ext version otherwise, use the non system_ext (NSE) version.
- It is currently in beta, so please report any bugs if you notice.
There is no system partition in Wipe section. Dev looking at it."Cannot mount the vendor" error message.Fixed in next build
I tested it on crDroid and working fine. -OTA on crDroid also worked fine-
