Official update for HTC Titan available

Just updated my Titan & here are the details. I'm in the UK & also have the 1.8 bootloader. Have those with the 1.9 bootloader previously flashed the 1.09 Eternity ROM? Strange that there should be different versions

I confirm that the update fixed the Search button music issue I've been having (music got distorted on the headphones as soon as I pressed thet search button before the update).

I dont know wether its my phone but i have flashed both this rom (1.09.401.02 Radio 16.23.02.09_A_16.24.00.23U) and done the official update, and what i consider to be a serious bug is present in this firmware, whenever you have headphones in and make a call , the volume changes to full volume, preceded by a noticable noise just before the change to full volume.
I already downgraded to the previous firmware and will undo the zune update now.

Can someone please confirm if the issue is local to my phone, or as i suspect a firmware issue.

I can confirm, that at least in my case the original rom which came with the phone does not have the issue. Too dangerous to get my eardrums blasted whilst riding a motorbike.

My wife was having the exact same problem with her Samsung Focus, it turned out to just be a short in the headphones by the in-line volume rocker. Try another plain set of headphones.
