En effet cette methode marchera mais je pense que l'on perdra la MVV pour Orange, Free, Bouygues.... et je me pose la question de la garantie.....

You talk about the PL CV Product Code?
If this is the case and you're firmware 02061.00066.14253.40001 with this Product Code, well you received Lumia Cyan, and certainly WP8.1.
What is your OS version?

The ROMs available on NaviFirm+ are updated long enough after the deployment of updates via CAB. This means that it is not because the ROM compiled WP8.1/Lumia Cyan is not available on Nokia Care servers, that this update via CAB not released = the two are not related.
