I'm very interested in the Samsung Galaxy S, after all the messing about with HTC I've lost some confidence!

Shame, I've had Tytn's, Nike's etc.

Not much point having the official 2.1 as the dev's roms here are of such a high quality anyway.

Is it just me, or is the Samsung Galaxy S trying REALLY hard to look just like an iPhone?

Also, as they will be having their own version of Sense (eco something) it will mean that Samsung are probably going to take ages to update things. Also, look at the i7500 (the first Galaxy - AFAIK Samsung never released an official update for the phone). That never even managed to hop onto the 1.6 bandwagon - let alone 2.0 or 2.1!

I get it from many places, that HTC lied
Don't just talk, send the link. Many blog, site published rumors to get some attention
And like the gossip people forgot to tell, that "it looks like" and they just say "HTC says"
I think it's stupid to blame HTC for some people's made-up idea, don't you think so?

They release many phones, great phones, and I'm pretty sure, they work a lot on those and on Hero 2.1.

And you complain here, where you can find about 10 developers with a minimum of 15 different ROMs

If the notice before the update process caused inconvenience to consumers, HTC extend sincere apologies. Will be updated as much as possible to advance the progress, if this latest news to do so again.

HERO original 4 / 26 to provide a system upgrade to the Android 2.1, due to ongoing performance optimization and final integration of HTC SENSE, in June will provide the user updates one after another.
