Does anyone get a "Settings has closed" error when pressing "Settings" beneath "Share&Connect"? I have disabled all modules 1 by 1 and no one specific module seems to be causing it so I'm fearing that it might be the framework itself. The hotspot settings live in that submenu which is why I want to get to it.

Also, a module to avoid: PinNotify. Its a great little module that lets you pin a notification so it can't be dismissed by pressing clear, but its broken as holy hell on Lollipop on my G3.

To fix the smartcover problem flash this zip it will delete the smartcover lock screen widget but will still allow it to unlock the device. Also I have been emailing the xposed creator and this is what emailed me:

"Sorry, I don't have time to look into this at the moment... Maybe someone else has enough technical knowledge to check the logs for the root cause? The ClassNotFoundException for SmartCoverViewManagerService seems to be a good start, maybe there are other lines before that (verifier rejecting the class or something like that). Also, is that class even existing in /system/priv-app/LGCover/LGCover.apk?"

So maybe someone can fix it via this tip

Here is the link for the zip: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/how-to-xposed-running-properly-stock-t3030261 I am currently running it on barepop with no problems.
Will this also fix the weather/weatherplatform errors that pops up on the LG G3?

I can't get Xposed to work. I flashed zip in recovery, installed APK and everything looks good- in the app it shows the active v61 for app_process and 64 fro XposedBridge.jar. However no modules work and the app never asks for the root rights. Do you know what is going on?

Sanity check: open your superuser app and see if it already denied it root rights. If so, change it to approve it. I once thought a good root app I loved was broken but turns out I didn't grant it root privs (or at least let the timeout expire). I felt pretty smrt after that.

I did that, there were no entries for Xposed at all.

OK, I'm throwing this here for many reasons, the least of which in not that trying to follow xposed threads on Xda means 4+ threads about the same thing, and more threads about modules, and I've been reading for 2 days. I'm outta time and not sure I got it.

I need a YouTube downloader for my daughters talent show. I believe there's a module for that. That said, I'm on bliss pop 5.1.*, and trying to make sure I have correct files (a and that this is even worth pursuing).

I downloaded the 2.2arm zip, and the 3.0 installer. Is that correct? And anyone know if a YouTube downloaded module exists? Sorry, the xposed threads are such a mess that really need reworking.

Thanks mass in advance.

i got tired of searching and ended up using the g3 xposed installer app on my ls990 . the process was painless lol. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=b007.xposedinstaller&hl=en. hope this helps somewhat.
Much thanks. I'm totally skeptical of appa from the market that that are effectively 'one click' solutions, but my mind is so numb from chasing they the 4+ different xposed threads, in willing to try about anything. All the reviews seem positive.
Again, thanks.

Hello there. were you able to get a youtube downloader?

I have 2 options for you.

1. Tubemate. (not found in the playstore) just google it. "tubemate" Heres the link

2. Awesome PopuUp video Playstore Download this one requires Xposed. it allows you to download youtube videos as well as facebook videos. ($1.99)

About half the times I reboot my phone, I get caught in a boot loop that is only resolved by doing a battery pull. Anyone else? I can't pin down exactly what conditions cause it, but for example, I just did a nandroid backup in TWRP, rebooted, and got caught in it.

I'm running BarePop-TV_V1 w/ Navel4.0 kernel. I got a logcat, can anyone make sense of this? In the log, what you see below starts getting repeated endlessly so I would guess that is why its looping. Here's the pastebin link for the full thing: http://pastebin.com/7nqXXDNu

Just heads up, latest version of xposed I have no issues
Smartcover fixed, Wireless setting More fixed.
I did a clean install of Barepop rom, then installed xposed before first boot.

Which version number? And you're able to access the "more" part of the wireless settings with no issues?
