offline Google maps

Just tried and it works fine on mt TF700 - what happens why you try?

I'm running Zeus ROM, but I'm pretty sure it worked in stock as well...

EDIT: just realized that you said "auto-cache" - not sure what that means - didn't know that you coould set it up to automatically cache all map data...

It's current. I go settings> offline and cache, but it only shows "clear all map tiles"
On phone,, it shows that, AND auto caching.
Running locked, rooted, stock. Waiting on Jelly Bean before unlock.

Ok then yeah, mine is the same way - just "clear all map tiles" - no "auto caching"...

I am using the latest maps app too...

I think that the new maps changed that functionality. Open Maps, go to settings, and make available offline. I'm pretty sure that they updated the offline cache with this function.
