Oh God... Flashing gone wrong?

So I guess flashing went south.

I got my SGS2 at work today and decided to use my Mac to try to flash it instead of waiting to get back home.

I looked up my phone Settings => Status and its an XXKI4.

So I hopped over to the CF root page (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399)

and downloaded:

XW_NEE_KI4-42: 2.3.4, CF-Root v4.2, SU 3.0, "insecure"

I used Heimdall since I'm on a mac and I followed the guide here:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16101375&postcount=12

It flashed and Heimdall said it was done and was rebooting. However, upon reboot I was stuck with the yellow triangle and stuck at that screen forever.

What steps should I take to return to stock?

Edit: Issue resolved. I found the stock kernel thread, flashed it back, and flashed CF-Root again. I believe I flashed the wrong CF-Root.
