Yes, it has separate option between notification and call.
Regular vibration are present but it doesn't works well (regular vibration is still follows the value from the notification)

It amplify the output of your headphone volume.

Dumb question: where do I find those settings? Kernel Adiutor or any other app?

Just installed xiaomi.eu dev 9.7.18 + your kernel today. Also, is there any problem if I install magisk AFTER your kernel? Or I should have flashed the root before your kernel?

EXKM:
Sidebar > Misc > Vibration
Sidebar > Sound
FKM:
Menu > Kernel Settings > Vibration/Sound Control

I'm not using kernel adiutor / smartpack since it has a bugs when settings cpu governor,
and just clarifying that I'm not in endorsements for EXKM or FKM lol.

About magisk stuff, it doesn't matter anymore as long as you're in the latest kernel

Thanks.

Call Vibration is on max, still too weak to feel in my pocket on a daily situation :(

I guess nothing can be done here, should be the motor itself.

Hi there guys, I'm new on this phone. Is anyone have tried this kernel on Xiaomi.eu dev rom?
I'm on the latest version and curious about the kernel but still need some review. Because I mainly use my phone as work gadgets and really like to avoid system crash or something bad happened.

Thank you all.

it's stable to be used as daily driver, no crash happened whatsoever. Battery life is great too, compared to stock kernel.

Note : you have to backup your dtbo.img on twrp (i recommend krasCGQ's twrp here on ROMs forum) (which is part of boot partition, cmiiw) before installing this kernel in case something happens with kernel installed on your phone, so you can revert back to stock kernel :)

Hi there thanks for your response.
By the way, I'm just a regular user who do not understand kernel settings. Does it okay to flash and forget without settings/config the kernel?
Also, right now I don't know which TWRP I'm using. Can I just flash the ROM again if I want to revert to stock kernel?

Ok thanks mate. I've just flashed the kernel. Let's see how it goes on my phone. Hopefully I'll get better battery life with mixing the kernel with FDE.AI module.
i'm using the same setup (okita + fde.ai). i've gotta say the battery life is about the same with my daily usage (scrolling through social media + watch youtube), but i think it will be different depends on what user's daily usage

Oh, do you change the kernel settings? Like the cpu governor, etc.

Hey, I'm using this kernel in the latest xiaomi.eu weekly (9.7.18) and is amazing.
I was facing battery drain with the stock kernel. But with your kernel everything works perfectly. I changed the CPU and GPU governor to blu_schedutil.

Thank you very much.

    Breaking news.

Xiaomi already publish the Mi A3 (or Mi CC9, CC9 Meitu, whatever you named it, Xiaomi) Kernel source code.
It basically uses the same base as ours, and after some hours of inspection,
me and @pengus77 got a few things from Mi A3 and Mi 9 source code that can be ported to fix several issues on this device (like the brightness, fod, etc) :)

    Good Bye :D

    Hello everyone!
Unfortunately, I have to stop the development for Mi 9 SE due to device change

The kernel sources for this device still available at my GitHub page if you want to fork or even just looking around.

Thanks for all the support given and see you later :)
