omate truesmart+ bluetooth connection

i recently bought the omate truesmart+.
very happy with it until i realized that as it is a standalone phone.
just wondering if there is a way i can tether it to my phone to get the notifications and also answer calls without inserting a sim card on the watch.
i am a complete novice when it comes to tech but willing to learn so instructions and help in layman's term would be most appreciated.

Nope the TrueSmart series are only telecom standalone (3G) and can only be used with a BT headset as it is a standalone device. You may consider the Omate Racer or Roma for BT companion only device to be paired with your iOS and Android smartphone
or the Omate Rise which can do both companion (BT) and Standalone (3G)
or you can consider many other BT companion smartwatches from other manufacturers.
