Omate Truesmart - USB Device not recognized

Hello , I don't exactly why My TS suddenly got the device is not recognized. I changed cables, ports, refresh my system on computer (Win 10), refleshed the firmware (kk & jb), uninstalled and reinstalled all usb drivers, pull out the battery and tried another laptop with win 7 but in all cases I got the same message : the device is not recognized. I think the problem in TS , but what and how to fix it???.

How did you reflash the system if your device is not recognized ?! I guess something's wrong with the driver installation or worse case scenario cradle pin/s gone. What you can try first : forget about WIn 10 and try re-installing all MTLK drivers on a win 7 system - before that, remove any other usb drivers or mobile suites/ programs that you might have installed.

Fix it! Back cover was not tight enough causing a loose connection.
