I have a brand new Omate Trusmart for sale - Don't like the watch

Make sure DATA is enabled
settings
wireless and networks
SIM management
data connection
(select you carrier)

another option is to factory reset your x201
on first boot select "change" on the SIM detection popup
scroll down and select data
select you carrier
wait for it to register to the network and back out of the screen


Checking you APN can be done by doing the following;
Settings
Wireless and Networks
More...
Mobile networks
Access Point Names
Select the APN currently in use
Verify all setting are correct by referring to your carrier or another known working device on the same carrier.

i has this problem!
i can do calls, but can not do internet via sim card, but can do internet by wifi.
i calling to my cell operator and togetther we can install internet by sim card. Call your operator.

This happens on ATT (dunno about other carriers) when you transplant a sim for a different phone/device. ATT will block data because the IMEI's dont match what they think they should be. Customer service or a store can fix you up.

Does not happen on ATT prepaid alternet AIO, nor on prepaid T-Mobile $30/5gig plans.
