Philztouch from twrp
NeXT kernel from philztouch
Omnirom from philztouch

My problem is that my tab is stuck on galaxytab3 logo at boot.

Any idea please ?

I downloaded latest omni ROM for t310
Installed:

My problem is that my tab is stuck on galaxytab3 logo at boot.

Any idea please ?

I can add that now, if i try to reflash omnirom, my tab automaticaly reboot after falshing.
I redownloaded everything but it still doesn't works

Did you manage it to boot meanwhile?

Factory reset and manually formatting /system before flashing any KK rom are crucial steps.

I reinstalled stock rom xith Odin then installed Twrp and Slimkat, everything works.

I'll try to install omnirom later.

rom looks great but phone quality has not fixed yet. There is too much noise when I make a phone call

@Android-Andi I have flashed 20140514 and it is working great, as expected. Could it be, that many of the settings from your Omni for P51xx are not included? Just curiosity question.... anyway, I have helped myself with some modules from Xposed framework installer, so never mind


BTW, are you still interested in screenshots for post #4 ?
I can't belive nobody posted any.

Hopefully you won't drop support (but at the end of the day it's your choice) as this is an excellent ROM even for daily usage.

Anyway, if anyone else here is running this ROM post up some feedback, even if it's to say things are working etc. :good:

My Feedback:

Immersive Mode (WORKING)

Go To Sleep (WORKING)

Battery Saver Mode (WORKING)

OmniSwitch - All features work well as far as I can tell, float view displays OK, tried multiple windows etc. (WORKING)

Screen Recorder - Freezes the tablet, hard reboot required (NOT WORKING)

Buttons > Button to wake (Uses volume buttons to wake device) - (NOT WORKING)

Active Display > On-the-Go - Camera view shows up behind the screen, however in landscape the camera view is distorted/flipped, portrait works fine (PARTIALLY-WORKING)

Not sure, compileing doesn´t take that much time on my new setup ccache on 2nd HDD speeds up the compileing-process Compileing for each rom now takes 40-60 Minutes i thing, before 2 1/2 - 3 hours
Only i don´t own this device and have no time to fix bugs (only if i have an idea).

yeah, i also noticed on my I8190 that there are some differents... lol... same source, so i am not sure about the reason.... need to look on it later, less priority to me (no main features i am missing)

Of course, I will. But the tablet isn't mine, it belongs to my mother-in-low. I will check the Omni features when I go next time to the visit.

BTW battery save mode was mind-blowing great, I think after three days it was still 93% charged!

Tried a lot... this is the best so far... quick, simple, barebones, includes multiuser, true 4.4.2 as I can see ... I cant see any bugs yet. Thanks a lot for your work.
