On i337UCUAMDB and phone says its up to date.

Just got my S4 and its on MDB. Im gonna root but I checked to see if there was a software update and it says my phone is up to date? Isnt there a MF3 update That locks the bootloader? Also is my version able to be rooted?

I believe the bootloader is already locked, but rootable. If you update to mf3 you won't be able to root anymore. Don't do it.
