On screen buttons and notification pull down missing

Hi,

Used this thread to install lollipop using TWRP.

Restoration was success but my phone do not have any on screen buttons and the notification drop down pull menu is also missing. I cannot go back after I open an app due to this. I'm also getting system UI has stopped, DOT vie is closed every time I reboot. This is the same problem as stated here

My device model is A5_DUG PVT SHIP S-OFF
CID: 1111111 (all 1s I don't remember the number of ones).

Can anyone help me resolve this?

Hi,

After restoring to Lollipop, I did a factory reset which solved the problem.
