If you made a backup with twrp from your stock rom then restore it with twrp. If not you can easily follow through one of the guides to flash stock rom or nougat.

But you didn't mention what you want after updating?

Install like they mentioned in this thread !
PS it will replace your twrp with stock recovery !!

i want to go to 7.0 but after downloading the file via ota it goes to the twrp recovery page so how can i install the andorid 7
