it is just stated yes but it does not state if the bootloader is unlocked or locked that is something I want to know, not if I can unlock the bootloader also my BE engine isnt working DRM key was indeed lost and sony has not restored it back.. :\

I think it says "Bootloader unlocked : Yes" when it's unlocked or "Bootloader unlock allowed : Yes" (or No) when it's locked. What does it say?
Also, I don't think a service centre can restore DRM keys even if they wanted to.

I could be wrong, but I think this means it's locked. Hopefully someone with an unlocked bootloader will come in here and confirm what it says when it's unlocked @shoey63 maybe? It's a long time since I relocked mine so I cannot remember.
