Nexus 4 unable to acquire roor permission error

I have flashed both onandroidv9.20.zip and part_detect_tool.mako.zip. I have kitkat and TWRP flashed. busybox has root permission.
After entering commands, I am getting could not acquire root permissions !
now where does it not getting permissions?

Where is the backup and how to restore

I did a backup from my Oneplus one, where did onandroid write the backup.? And how can I restore it?
