once firmware is flashed - how do you go back to stock?

so now that I flashed to another firmware, if I wanted to go back, is there a way to put the stock firmware as the UPDATE.ZIP file so I can go into recovery mode to use that file to "reset" the phone? or do I have to always flash the firmware?

After JH3 was installed, I went into Recovery mode and clicked on 'reset' and got an error that it cannot find update.zip

Look in the Development section for the Stock Odin3 1 click program..It is the only way to get it back to completely stock..

When the OTA Update is released how would it be applied once firmware is flashed?
