Yes it's available from tmobile, Verizon, AT&T, and maybe a few others.

T-Mobile sells only a single SIM variant. It's the 8gb/256gb version.

In the US shipping is within 24hrs so depends on the shipping option you choose, around 3 to 5 business days, keep in mind 4th of July is coming up so it may be an extra day or two for shipping.
