Okay 1st off nothing here is mine and I don't credit for it. This thread is just tools I have found over there years for everyone to find in one spot and (tut) later down the road with them. Now if you have something you want to share here feel free. If you want to post a tut feel free and I will link it to the op.

Bad patch lines. If you hit the show button you will see a red line around the image



Good patch lines


You can also hit show lines


Make sure you take off the .9 from the png before you put into draw9patch and don't worry about saving as .9 it will do it for you
so the image is the call button from this dialer

Will the tut be on making roms or making apps?

Would love to master the Android system one day
Just on how to use these tools.,but if you want to learn I would get eclipse and android sdk watch those videos I posted link to of xda TV and start looking on android.com and code.Google all link are posted on OP.

You might wanna add this to your tool list:
Universal Multipurpose ApkTool that decompiles and recompiles ICS apps, backsmali/smali jar and dex files and much more.
This is tool created by xavierjohn22 and modified/updated by me.
Has been tested on few different phones.
Is a great tool I have just forgot about it thanks a lot man. Will due :D

I love this thread. I hope people would take the time to put together little small projects for people like myself who are amazed by what you developers do. When I say small projects, I mean like show us how to change our pull down taps...little mods. Again thanks for the thread.
