Unfortunately we Snapdragons are SOL.
Guess we need to wait till it becomes official then... is there a way to root the N960U1?

Well, so far so good. Clean flashed this one with Ketan's BL, and even with most of my apps recovered with Titanium coming from P15 Ketan Pie everything seems to work just fine so far.
Got EdXposed and Gravitybox Q Beta 5 to work as well but it's not compatible with the pre-rooted Magisk as it doesn't support the proper magiskinit lines to boot EdXposed with this SELinux status.
Maybe an idea for the people who like to use EdXposed modules to include the proper patched magisk version from EdXposed GitHub?
Also, just flashing a different magisk over the existing kernel doesn't pass kernel boot. The only way to make it work is to extract the boot.img from the zip, flash that, reboot to recovery, then flash a different Magisk version. After that it boots fine and everything works like it should.

When i setup everthiglng is complete.. But after restart phone goes to download menu
That's a SELinux error not being able to boot in enforcing mode.
Are you using magisk and any magisk modules? If so, which ones?
Am. Not using any magisk.... Its in this new build rom... I. Just let finish and then i restart phone... But it comes in download mode.. I try wipe dalivic cache but stil issue

Flash this with ODIN in the BL slot. Re-flash should not be needed.

have u tried with super su. or may need patch magisk for exposed.

I just flashed bootloader. My N960F is stuck on "Samsung Galaxy Note 9" and pressing power button for more than 30 sec doesn't reboot it!!! I'll have to tear it down to fix the problem !?
What should I do ?
EDIT: Teared down my phone, unplugged battery and booted twrp successfully
EDIT 2: after installing os, i can see boot logo. I think everything will work fine

Ehm. You could've rebooted it by holding power, bixby and volume down for 10 seconds. Haha. No need to tear it down mate!
That's exactly what I did. I even used a chronometer. After pressing power 30 sec nothing had happenned
