Just restore the boot from TWRP and you're good to go

unable to root on newest security patch UAETG3

I have updated to Android 10 July 10 G960FXXUAETG3, now I cannot root, I have tried the steps above, OEM is unlocked, latest twrp 3.4.0.0, STUCK on trying to wipe DATA and cannot mount DATA, trying install any patches, magisk etc... all failed, any help?

Thank you. I dirty flash rom instead of restoring boot. Sorry I did it before reading your suggestion.
