if it was happening to me I'd undo any recent changes I'd made in settings.
if that didn't change anything I'd uninstall any recently installed apps.
if that didn't change anything I'd back everything up and go for a factory reset.
if that didn't change anything I'd Odin flash back to an earlier firmware.

if flashing back a few firmwares ago fixes it I'd stay on that version and hope that Android 5.0 fixes it.!

I know that whol procedure man, we're long enough here
I would like to solve it without a reset ... . I'm observing that strange behavior, if it's kind of systematic I will probably ask the support.

I think, I've got it! It looks like it was the magnification in the accessibility options.
