Only on the exynos variants. I've a S21 with snapdragon and didn't received it yet. Or maybe because mine is from Canada, I don't know.

don't worry I will be uploading support to update from beta to official android 13 wait for the update to load it is not available yet I thought the official update had arrived I was on android 12 for some reason I formatted my cell phone and had to install 12 after some updates when I entered the setting I saw that it said android 13, moments later I got the warning that it was a beta version, congratulations I will continue to support your USA devices

Unfortunately yes. Downgrading always brings wipe
