I think it would be possible to port. because the samsung M62 is running Android 13 One ui 5.0 with the same processor as the Note 10. A custom ROM I think is possible with Android 13 and One u.i 5.0. If I knew how to do it I would try but I don't have the knowledge or the time. Maybe developer who has the time and knowledge will try to do it.

Hello.

Of course a port is possible.
For note 9 the noble is already there and it is a matter of time before a port for note 10 comes out.
The idea of this thread has nothing to do with the request, discussion or announcement of any type of port.
Not all users are interested in a port, depending on a dev to solve a problem among other things. First you have to take into account the percentage of users who have some kind of knowledge about what a ported rom is, what is magisk, modified recovery or something that seems very simple such as installing the full firmware by odin. To us it seems very simple and we are familiar with these things. But do we reach 10% of users who know about these things?
This thread is for all users who want to use the same android version in the whole note 10 range and in an official way.

LOL, try smacking your head against the wall instead. This has been a constant thing since the dawn of Android.
Samsung WON'T upgrade the Note 10/Plus to Android 13 simply because it will bite into their sales....
They want you to get a shiny new toy, not play with that cruddy old thing you have now, and not supporting newer Android updates with all the nifty new features on your older phone is a way to make you upgrade...
Maybe true 👍

But definitely got all required specifications for it

Lol, why care? Android 13 might be worse than 12 especially for the Note even if Samsung did do it🤣
I'm still running on Pie on this N975U. Current load is over 2yo, still fast and very stable with minimal maintenance. Security is not an issue... what's not to like?
Upgrades and updates can and do break Samsung's. No plans to touch my firmware as long as it's fulfilling its mission.

you can enjoy the wifi direct sharing and accessing the obb and data folders along with the ease of rooting

But some people actually do care about bug fixes and visual effects along with much more improvements and efficiency

? I never use wifi, not needed and a security risk.

This stock N975U is still running on Pie and gets 11-13+ hrs SOT with a new battery. Unlike Android 10 - 13 it's a clean running, user/app friendly machine. Security isn't an issue. This load will be 3 yo in June, still fast, stable with minimal maintenance... fulfilling it's mission.
No compelling reasons to change it.

So no Samsung galaxy note 10 developer would contribute to the survival of this phone? No one would port One Ui5 for this device? This is sad.

Logically they want you to buy a new model. But why the lite with inferior hardware yes and not the superior ones of the same series?

Is potentially possible to get a Custome ROM for SM-N975F like copy 1:1 from Note 20 Ultra Android 13 OUI5.0 .
Maybe creating new upgrade ROM for that phones .
