I recently bought this tablet and I'm new to Samsung products, I'm still staying with the stock rom, are there any apps to recommend for One UI modding?

Yes. Samsung has an application called Good Lock that allows to not necessarily mod but customise most aspects of One UI. Here’s the link to it (it’s only available through the Galaxy Store): https://galaxystore.samsung.com/detail/com.samsung.android.goodlock

I attached wallpaper and icon pack is called Cherry from Google Play Store! It's a free icon pack! The widget is called Vertical you have to I use Xwidgets Pro and downloaded the widget style through the app! I edited the colors of widget text to match theme!
