Without asking too much I would assume that this is a camera fault.. I'm assuming you're using the default camera? You could try to use pro mode and just change the ISO to 1600 and have a longer exposure 5+ seconds.. It'll have similar results although I'd use a tripod for it so it's clear..

If that fails and you've already wiped then I'd say hardware.

You don't have any protectors on your lenses do you?

i used pro mode just like you said and picture is clear. But i found one more issue, when i turn on AI for video the camera just block.

Well that's good news I see that as a win.

Have you tried gcam and it's night mode? Works a lot better.

Personally I don't use AI unless I'm taking a picture of a document or something specific, for night shots you really can't beat the pro mode, I take astrophotography shots myself with my DSLR and if I tried to shoot using some kind of auto mode I know it would be crap in comparison, it's defo a faff on a phone but pro mode is the way forward..

Does the camera allow you to change lens for night shots? Use the sensor with the lowest f stop.

Same problem with tele lens and wide angle lens. Even with selfie camera i have the same issue with night mode.
